Chris Allen – Chief Executive
A physics graduate, Chris has been chief executive officer, sales and marketing director for a number of major American and European software companies. For 20 years Chris had his own sales and management training company.
Chris specialises in: designing and implementing behaviour change programmes for long term sustainability success.
Chris is the Chief Executive Officer and provides strategic input on the design of GAIA’s sustainability programmes.
Haydn Young – Sustainability Programmes Director
An applied economics and marketing graduate, Haydn founded GAIA after 16 years working in consulting and sales roles for Coats Viyella, HayGroup and National Grid. From this experience and recognising the need, he set up GAIA to help organisations exploit technology and help employees better measure and manage its energy consumption.
Haydn specialises in: implementing workable sustainability strategies through a combination of technology and behaviour change
Haydn is our Sustainability Programmes Director, overseeing ongoing projects within the business.

Rue Stanley – GAIA Consultant
Rue has 20 years experience working in the ITC sector. She successfully led the creation and execution of a sustainability program designed to meet the challenges of a global corporation employing 8500 people across 35 countries.
Rue specialises in: environmental monitoring software and systems.

Dr Aaron Tanner – GAIA Consultant
Aaron has a detailed practical and theoretical understanding of the mechanisms required to deliver complex sustainability orientated projects within large organisations. Aaron has dedicated the last 8 years developing and leading behaviour change programs to improve the sustainability of
populations and organisations.
Aaron specialises in: Sustainability orientated organisational development.
He holds a doctorate sustainability innovation adoption in organisations and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management. Aaron has both global understanding of water use implications and practical knowledge of water management methods. Aaron also has his own website www.sustainabilityenabled.com.

Teresa Morton – GAIA Associate
An engineering graduate, Teresa has over 15 years’ experience of product and service related energy and environmental issues having worked for companies such as Dalkia and Thorn.
Teresa specialises in: lighting design and control.
Teresa is an accredited non-domestic energy assessor and CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant. She works in the commercial, retail, industrial and public sectors to help them reduce their carbon impact.

Kim Tindill – Training & Energy Club Coordinator
Kim coordinates the GAIA Masterclass series of training programmes that are designed for sustainability professionals and is the Editor for our weekly Mindset publication.
Kim also acts as the national coordinator for the Energy Club Network supporting facilitators and promoting meetings.
Nick Reynolds – Online Communit
y Manager
After graduating, Nick wrote, designed and published his own magazine before becoming a writer for the travel industry. He spent the next 20 years copywriting, designing and project managing in the publishing, design and marketing industries.
Nick specialises in online communications and social media.
Nick is the online Community Manager leading our social media activity including @GAIA_Active and @EnergyClubOrg.
Larry Reynolds – GAIA Associate
Larry Reynolds has 20 years experience of facilitating positive change in a wide range of organisations in the private and public sector. Recent clients include the Co-operative Group Vodafone and Manchester City Council.
Larry specialises in: is designing and implementing behaviour change programmes for long term sustainability success.
